
Timesheet Overview
The Timesheets dashboard gives you a clear view of logged hours across your team. It shows date, job number, start and end times, total duration, and status of each timesheet. You can also see whether hours are pending approval or unpaid, making it easy to keep payroll organized and up to date. With the Switch Member option, managers can quickly move between team members’ timesheets. This makes it simple to review, manage, and approve hours for each individual without leaving the page, ensuring smooth oversight across your entire team.
Create A Timesheet
The Create Timesheet form allows you to log work details for a specific date. Simply select the job and visit, add start and end times, and include any breaks taken during the shift. You can also attach notes for additional context, ensuring every entry is clear and accurate.
