Leads at a glance

Turn interest into business. The Leads page keeps every prospect in one place with quick search, filters, and clear contact/property details. Capture new inquiries in seconds, track where they came from, and convert qualified leads into paying clients with a click.

What you can do

  • See all leads at a glance – Filter by Active/Archived, search by name, phone, or email, and sort any column.

  • Open a lead to qualify – Review contact info, property address, and source, then update details as you learn more.

  • Add new leads fast – Record only what you need now; update later when the job is real.

  • Convert when ready – Once a lead is approved, create quotes, jobs, or an invoice and the contact moves into your clients list.

 

How it works

Leads list

  • Columns: Company, Full Name, Phone, Email, Address, Created At.

  • Actions: Click any row to open a lead. New Lead (top-right) creates a fresh record.

  • Pagination: arrow buttons at the bottom.

Use it for: quick lookups, filtering fresh inquiries, and finding the leads you need to work next.

Lead detail / edit

  • Lead Details: Title, First/Last name, Company, optional suffix.

  • Property Details: Street, Apt, City, State, Zip, Country.

  • Contact Details: Primary Phone and Email with usage labels.

  • Buttons: Update Lead to save changes. Delete (if the inquiry is spam).

Tip: Fill in the address as soon as you have it—this unlocks smarter scheduling and route planning later.

New lead form

  • Same sections as the detail view, plus Source (e.g., “Main Site,” “Google,” “Referral”).

  • Save Lead creates the record immediately—even if you only have a name and a phone number.

Best practice: Always set the Source field. It powers simple reporting on where your best leads come from.
