Track every product and material in one place—complete with quantities, cost, and where it’s stored. Quickly search, sort, and filter items by status, category, or warehouse so you always know what’s on hand and what needs re-stocking.
At a glance (list view)

Search & filters: Find items by name/UPC and filter by All Statuses / Active / Inactive.

Columns: Image thumbnail, Item Name, Category, Status, Qty, UoM (unit of measure), Unit Price, Warehouse, and Created date.

Pagination & sorting: Reorder any column, page through results, and open any row to edit.
Add / Edit an item
Click New Inventory (or open an existing item) to manage full details:
Item Information

Item Name & UPC (12-digit).

Category, Status, Warehouse (choose where it’s stored).

Dimensions & Weight with units (cm/in, kg/lb).
Stock & Quantity

UoM (e.g., Quantity, Box, Case).

Qty in Stock / Qty Reserved (auto-calculates availability).

Min Qty / Max Qty to drive low-stock alerts.

Main Stock Alert toggle for critical items.
Pricing

Unit Cost and optional Mark-Up (% or fixed).

Unit Price is calculated so totals stay consistent.

Total Value shows on-hand value (Qty × Unit Cost).
Supplier Information

Link the item to a Supplier (from your Suppliers list) for quick re-orders.
Item Description

Add a detailed description (use Generate Description to draft copy fast).
Additional Comments

Internal notes for your team (not shown to clients).
Product Images

Upload one or more images for a clean picker thumbnail in list view.
Actions

Save, Delete, and activity timestamps for audit trails.
